Post‑construction anti‑termite treatment is carried out on existing homes, villas, and commercial buildings to eliminate active colonies and rebuild a chemical barrier that termites cannot cross. Four Leed follows approved drilling, injection, and trenching techniques around walls, floors, and foundations so that protection is restored without major disruption to daily life.
The service starts with a thorough inspection of interiors and exteriors to identify mud tubes, hollow‑sounding wood, droppings, or damaged skirting and door frames. This assessment helps map the extent of infestation, locate entry points, and decide the best drilling pattern and chemical application for each property.
Small holes are drilled along the inner junction of walls and floors and sometimes along external perimeters at regular intervals. A measured quantity of liquid termiticide is injected under pressure into each hole so it spreads through the soil or voids beneath the slab, forming a continuous treated zone that is toxic to termites but locked below the surface, and the holes are then sealed neatly to match existing finishes.
Around the outside of the building, shallow trenches are created along foundation walls, pillars, and other contact points, and termiticide is applied to the soil before backfilling. Additional drilling and injection may be done into masonry or concrete foundation components to block hidden paths and protect cracks and cavities termites could use.
Visible mud tubes, infested channels, and localised entry points are sprayed or injected directly with termiticide to kill active termites in those areas. After treatment, damaged channels are removed and minor holes or cracks are sealed, reducing future access routes and making new activity easier to detect.
After the main treatment, Four Leed can provide scheduled follow‑up inspections, monitoring of activity, and advice on moisture control and structural maintenance to reduce reinfestation risk. All chemicals are used according to label and UAE guidelines, and clients receive treatment reports and documentation that support warranties, audits, and property records.
